The customer information required for your transaction
will remain private. Email addresses may be added to
the Paniolo Productions email list to inform customers
about current events, news and promotions relating solely
to Paniolo Productions. To be removed, click the 'manage
your subscription' link on the bottom of a current newsletter
and unsubscribe or you may email your request to: info@panioloproductions.com.
Under no circumstances will your information be sold
or traded with outside parties.
PAYMENT FOR TICKETS
Paniolo Productions uses Brown Paper Tickets for all
ticket sales, unless noted on our event page. Brown
Paper Tickets accepts Visa, Mastercard and Discover.
BPT adds a non-refundable service charge of $0.99 plus
2.5% to the price of the tickets we sell. This is the
smallest fee in the ticketing industry. If you have

to pay by check or money order please contact Paniolo
Productions directly.
PAYMENT FOR MERCHANDISE
Paniolo Productions accepts PayPal and major credit
card payments online as well as check and money orders.
Make checks payable to: Paniolo Productions (in the
memo on your check list items numbers)
If paying with a credit card, your credit card transaction
will appear on your bill as:
"PAYPAL *PANIOLOPROD"
SHIPPING MERCHANDISE
We ship our merchandise wherever USPS or UPS ground
will deliver in the U.S. and Internationally. Our goal
is to process all orders within 48 hours of receipt.
Orders are processed and shipped during regular business
hours (Monday through Friday 9:00AM - 5:00PM PST, excluding
holidays). If we encounter any problems processing or
shipping your order you will be contacted as soon as
possible. You will be notified via email when your order
has shipped.
Please note, at this time we are unable to ship to
P.O. Box addresses.
You may cancel your order at any time prior to processing
by calling (323)547-3482.
Unfortunately, we are not able to cancel orders once
they have been shipped.
Ticket orders are automatically placed at Will Call
the day of the event. If you wish to have your ticket
order shipped, please call (323)547-3482, a shipping
and handling fee may apply.
RETURNS
All sales are final. No returns or exchanges. UNLESS:
- The order was incorrectly filled by us.
- Merchandise is defective.
- An event was canceled or postponed.
All claims for shortages and/or damages must be placed
within ten days of receipt of merchandise.
All returned merchandise must be received by Paniolo
Productions in saleable condition, unless the merchandise
is found to be defective. Any refund or credit for exchange
will be based on the value of the merchandise at the
time of purchase. Shipping and Handling fees are not
subject to refund unless the merchandise is defective
or we shipped an incorrect item. The internal paperwork
for credit/exchange is normally completed within 5 to
7 business days of receipt of merchandise.
If an event was canceled, rescheduled or moved to another
venue you will be contacted immediately via email with
details. It will also be posted on our website. After
the announcement is made it will be the ticket buyers
responsibility to contact us for a refund. Depending
on the circumstances, each event may require different
refund actions - when we email an announcement of any
event change, please be sure to read the email carefully.
All refunds are applied to the individual customer
account.
Any form of reimbursement is consistent with the original
method of payment.
